This has 3g fat and 2g fiber. Both have 0 trans fat. Not such a big improvement, at triple the price, as far as I am concerned. Strangely, these have more than double the sodium of the store brand, but I taste the salt less.So, from a health perspective, for me the best thing about them is that they are organic.
