Wilton Cookie Cutters Set, 101-Piece — Alphabet, Numbers and Holiday Cookie Cutters

This is a really good set just because of the variety, organization, and price. I was looking for a cookie cutter set that included a little bit of everything and this exceeded my expectations. They feel very durable. Their colors mean different groups- that’s really nice. I needed Halloween right now (and Christmas later) and all I had to do was find the orange (Halloween) and green (Christmas) which took about 30 seconds. Besides those two groups, you also get a Fourth of July (Patriotic) (Dark blue), Easter (yellow), Valentine’s Day (pink), red is different shapes or animals (the dog bone is cute for those who want to make their own home made dog treats!), purple is vehicles like a train or fire truck but other shapes, too and then you have your alphabet and numbers, too (magenta and light blue). These are less than 10 cents each. With that said, you usually do get what you pay for. These are different sizes. Some are really big and some are really small. Some people might not like that. I, how ever, have no problem with it. I think it’s great to have these because it’s such a good variety and the different shapes will last you all year long. But the memories you’ll create by using these- that’s the part that makes the $10 worth it. Perfect and age appropriate for everyone.

This is what I always give new parents for their baby shower (if they like to bake). It has a little bit of everything so, from day one , they have special occasions covered. I usually combine this present with a cookie decorating book and a set of frosting tips and accessories (if I really like them, hahaha) so they have everything they need for decorating fun.

This cookie cutter set is an absolute workhorse for home bakers. The variety is fantastic-you get letters, numbers, and a wide range of holiday shapes, which makes it perfect for everything from birthday cookies to seasonal baking and school projects. The cutters are sturdy, cut cleanly through dough, and hold their shape well, even with repeated use. I also appreciate how easy it is to personalize cookies with names, ages, or messages using the alphabet and number pieces.

I decided to get this set because I needed an easter themed cookie cutter and felt kinda cheated buying one cookie cutter for about 5-7 dollars. I found this set, it was very reasonably priced and it's by a brand I trust. I love Wilton products! So the set came today and I'm impressed. Yes I will agree with others the packaging is a little cheap, but if you take care of it (and as long as it's not damaged during shipping) it will be fine. It is a very big containter so for some it might be easier to consolidate into a smaller box. You receive an array of shapes, letters and numbers. Cutters for nearly every holiday (The reason the set got 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was a a little disappointed there wasn't a shamrock for St. Patrick's Day, a turkey or cornucopia for Thanksgiving or even a dreidel or menorah for Hanukkah) The cutters are all plastic, but a very strong and sturdy plastic. I tried bending and breaking a few of the cutters and they didn't budge. I haven't tried them on dough yet, but I will be using them for Jello jigglers later on today and I believe they will hold up just fine with the jello. I honestly feel this is a great set for the price and would be perfect for kids, since they are just plastic it's highly unlikely they would hurt themselves with them. A perfect set for families, novice bakers or crafters! A great set to start off with or even use as a permanent fixture in your baking life.

This is a great starter set as it has a selection of just about any cutters you need for cookies. Holidays, alphabets, numbers and favorites shapes in several sizes. I won't go into details as there is a great customer photo that shows them all. My kids love them and my youngest likes to carry them off to play with. These would be great for this rolled play dough as the numbers and letters are smaller but not small enough, I think, to get it stuck in corners like some actual dough cutters can. I have a feeliing these are going to get used for that at some point which leads to my next thought.... I have had no trouble so far washing these in the dishwasher (top rack). Something I wish fervently my metal mini cutters would do. My only complaint is that these are so shallow and that they are a little too flexible (Some of the larger ones arrived a little warped out of shape, but hope eventually that will go away) and it would be nicer is I had a little more room above the dough for my hand using the cutter. If your making cookies with any thickness you may have your hand stick or mar the dough slightly while cutting if not careful. However, I don't think this is a big problem so far and for the price I feel I got a good deal. I would rate these 4.5 (to reflect my wish for a deeper, less "bendy" cutter) but I can't so that's why I'm rating 4 stars. I would definately purchase again, as well as recommend these.

I didn’t buy or get this item from Amazon. I purchased it before Amazon shopping existed!! Lol! This cookie cutter set is double the price I purchased them for over fifteen years ago and it’s still a steal.. My family has held a Christmas cookie party for over twenty years and we use SIX of these at a time. The sheer variety always delights people and the fact the categories each have are a different color allows you to sort through them quickly. Some shapes have graduates sizes so you can pick how big you want those heart cookies to be. It has cutters for all occasions like Easter, Christmas and Halloween, so it can serve as your household set for any occasion. We discovered the first year that the dishwasher is a little too hot and will warp them, but good soapy water and a baby bottle brush followed by a good rinse and air dry cleans them rather well!. (I also sanitize them with a alcohol solution before air drying.) The container pictured isn’t the best but works for yearly use. I’ve also used them to make clay tree decorations and they work well with several types of dough. This one is a definite winner and we’ve made some good memories with family using them. 20/10 no notes!

Amazing value. I was expecting these to be small or low quality. They are fairly sturdy and come in a variety of sizes, some are huge. This is the same or lower price as some of the competition, yet has literally 10x more cutters in it. I am not even a cookie person, I do not care for cookie cutters, I bought these for someone else. Yet, I had to come write a review because of the unbelievable deal I got on these. Seriously... This cutter set is above and beyond my expectations. I took a picture and put a normal 8oz cup next to it for reference. The delivery was prompt, package was secure, and all items were clean (of course I advise washing them before using anyways, as you should for any kitchen item).

1/24- To update, the product was all there. It's just the condition it arrived, was horrible. My boys have used a few, & they cut through the play-doh okay. There's some sticking, & not cutting through completely. Which leads me to sugar cookies, pretty nuch the same results. We didn't get very clean lines, no matter how much I gently twisted the cutter. If it's important to have the best results, look elsewhere. If that's not majorally important then, based on price + quantity alone, I'd recommend them. 12/3 - 1 star ~ for being the cookie cutters pictured, & price. I can't comment on the actual product, yet, I will update later. Now.. these.. are supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boys. One likes to bake, & they BOTH like to use play-doh. I thought these could come in handy for either scenario. Anyway, the package was a mess, the amazon box was fine, but the container for the cookie cutters was.. DESTROYED. There were a few pieces rattling around outside the tub, so now, I have to go through & count to make sure all 101 are there. Not to mention find something to wrap them in, as well. Not happy about the situation, at all. ..& I know it's not just the shipping process. BECAUSE I also ordered the wilton animal cookie cutters; they also arrived today, & in perfect shape. Will update with photos post Christmas '19
