Amazing way to find yourself.
This book is well put together. Hard back, with scratchers and ready to stick pages. I love ideas to get out and about and really connect to yourself. Love, love, love this.

So much fun
I am enjoying this book so much. My cousin told me about it and I thought the idea of it not seeing your challenge until you scratch it off and then completing that challenge before you scratch off another was so unique. I have had so much fun with it and it has gotten me out and doing things. I highly recommend this book. They also have a couples edition I bought the solo addition.

So much fun
Gets the introvert out and experience new things. So much fun. You really have to commit to it, but it is worth it. I wish they had one for “first dates” with all the difficulties meeting people these days, it would be fun to have one specifically for first date encounters. I think the couples book would be to intimate

A devastating disappointment
I do NOT recommend this book if you’re actually looking to go solo. The first “challenge” was painful to read and took me off guard. I have never been this disappointed with a purchase in my life. I recently left an abusive relationship. During the many years that we were together, I was isolated from my friends. I have tried to reconnect, but life is long and people move on when they don’t hear from you for years. It has been a little over a month and I finally felt enough motivation to start leaving the house for something besides work even though I know I would have to do things alone. I bought this book to help guide me and excite me about doing things alone, even though I’m very scared. I open the first page and all it talks about is the importance of calling someone you trust so that you can talk to them about your exciting upcoming adventures. It was a devastating reminder of how alone I am. I have no one to share these moments with which is why I bought this book. But the first page had me in tears because I realized that even if I want to do something alone, the world expects me to have people that I don’t have. I thought I was making progress with recovering from my abuse but this book absolutely broke my heart. I can’t bring myself to look at the other pages. I know it’s just a book but it feels like one more person who just doesn’t see me or what I’m going through. And I truly thought this book was meant to be the opposite of that.
