Best curry I have ever used! Love it!

Nice mild curry. No hot aftertaste at all, just a mellow, true curry.

I purchased a curry at the local market that was a little too hot and lacked the sweeter undertones I was looking for. I purchased this one and it was not too hot, but still sort of seem to lack some of the sweeter undertones that I personally was looking for. I’m no curry expert to have known exactly what to search for, but I found when I mixed them together and equal parts it was perfect. I had pulled out cinnamon, cardamom, and a few other spices thinking I might need to add them but it turned out I didn’t after I mix them at 50-50 ratio. This curry is fine by itself. I was merely adapting it to my own personal taste.

I SO appreciate this tasty curry powder! It's very challenging to try to find curry powder with no nightshades in it! I have read that 40% of people with joint pain can blame it on eating members of the nightshade family -- like hot peppers! (and tomatoes, eggplant, sweet peppers . . .) And my summer squash was really lacking something. Today I got my Rani Mild Curry Powder and loved adding it to my squash for lunch. What a treat! And no pain! I have relied on avoiding nightshades for decades now, and can actually say my joint pain has gone missing all those years. Thank You Rani!

I have been buying clubhouse curry from Amazon until it recently went out of stock and I switched to try some others. settled on this one. Not spicey (I can't tolerate too much slice at all ) so you can add cayenne or hot sauce or hit pepper etc. To spice up to individual taste which I prefer. I find this more flavourful on its own and to complement or enrich other dishes. I have used it to add more flavour to thai green and red curries for example. On its own works well in stirfrys with a bit of fresh ginger or garlic and broth or white wine. I agree with a few who mentioned it is more of a " madras " curry flavour. Ingredients: Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Mustard, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Garlic, Fennel, Ginger, Dry Curry Leaves. (I think first three stand out the most but certainly coriander/cumin) I have a severe dairy allergy and am celiac (though not as sensitive in the gluten sensitivity as others). As a poster pointed out it did stare on the package the possibility of criss contamination. I found however this did not bother me, in terms of allergic reaction (dairy) or gluten (gas, rash, bloating etc) so I did seem it safe for me and will be happy to purchase again. I can only speak from my experience however so others may have different experiences and they can't guarantee against cross-containation

This is the mildest curry I have ever had. The flavour is nice. The aroma was quite strong when I put it in the dish, so I was a bit worried but in fact, next time I might put extra in it. I found that the next day the flavours had blended and the dish tasted even better than the first day. I would definitely buy this again. I only took 1 star away because it is like SUPER mild.

Good base flavor, fair price, quick delivery

I was disappointed in the size as had googled 1kg size and hadn't noticed this was for the smaller size- so not very good value for money. I have not used as yet

My favourite name brand medium curry isn’t available anymore but I found this mild curry online & am VERY happy with it! It’s very flavourable with fenugreek as a main spice. I had bought another curry at the supermarket & it was way too spicy. I didn’t want to waste that spice so mixing some of that spice with the milder curry make it perfect for me.
