One side of the pliers nose pushed through the side when using the philips screwdriver on jammed. I disassembled with 2 #10 torx and fixed it. Not as robust ass it should be for a Leatherman.

Quanto ao produto, não há do que reclamar. É um letherman. Quanto ao serviço de entrega, o produto foi entregue antes do prazo, porém demorou muito para atualizar no aplicativo. Veio um cupom de 5% de desconto em minha próxima compra no site do vendedor. Sendo que não está discriminado se é para pagamento a vista ou não. Para quem estiver com dúvida, é somente para pagamento a vista. Estou deixando claro para ninguém quebrar a cara igual eu.

La calidad de esta herramienta no se queda atrás con respecto a sus hermanas mayores. Es una herramienta de excelente calidad a un excelente precio. Tiene todas herramientas que puedes necesitar en el dia a dia para situaciones que se te presentes en tareas cotidianas y algo mas. Desde que la compre la uso todos los días, es discreta para portarla en el pantalón y traerla siempre a la mano. La uso para abrir cajas(tiene una herramienta específica para eso) y tareas comunes como cortar diversos materiales con la navaja y ajustar cosas con las pinzas y desarmadores. Una herramienta ligera, práctica y muy util.

If you ever need to take in your leatherman for warranty, the people at Leathermans tool group make it an absolute pleasure. I've taken in a tool so done else took apart and couldn't reassemble. They thanked me. I've taken in tools that were very abused, again they thanked me. They also updates any parts they'd made improvements on.
