Grandpas Soap Bar Epsom Salt, 4.25 oz

This review is targeted mainly for people who have sensitive skin issues. I myself have very easily compromised skin and get severe eczema flares, I have used the Pine Tar, Oatmeal, and Epsom bars directly on eczema flares, all with great results, at least in terms of effectively treating/cleansing severely damaged skin. My only complaint is that they don’t last as long as I’d like them to, even with proper care (not allowing them to be submerged, aerated/dried between uses). That said, I wouldn’t say they’re not worth it, they are worth it, more that they require a little more attention than milled bars in order to maximize their life. In conclusion, wonderfully effective soap, even on damaged skin, anyone who’s suffering from damaged skin should heavily consider Grandpa’s soaps!!

This soap really clean your skin and aura. It makes your skin really soft and smooth. Do not leave it in the water too long. The soap 🧼 will dissolve. I was recommended from a consultant to buy this soap. It is of high quality

Love this soap. Found it in a Publix years ago and can’t find it anymore. Feels nice and clean and doesn’t dry out your skin. Perfect ! I am 40 … my skin looks nice !

I've used this soap for only 3 days. I am a big fan of Grandpa Soap Co. Pine Tar soap and thought I'd give this a try just to quell my curiosity about charcoal soaps. I may have to use it longer to see any benefits from the charcoal but from an initial point of view, it is not very different from many other run-of-the-mill soaps I've used. That does not mean it's bad or it doesn't work. It seems to work as any other soap. The pine tar soap made a noticeable difference on my skin, hair and beard the first time I used it. I don't use this charcoal soap on my hair or beard but there is no noticeable difference on my skin. It has less scent than I expected. It has tiny grains that I suppose are there to exfoliate your skin but are very obnoxious and painful on certain softer parts of my body. Other than those two things, nothing stands out.

Slightly gritty, this soap is great for getting dirt off your hands. Ok all soap ought to get rid of dirt, but this shifts ground in dirt, the sort you get from gardening, working down the allotment as d so on. I can’t comment on any other dirt like the ground in grease from machinery, but then there’s other stuff for that.
