This product has went up in price, but it is still worth it. I started using it when I had platinum blonde hair and still use it now that I have my natural brown hair color back. The shampoo and conditioner both smell beautiful and fruity. The shampoo lathers and cleans well. The conditioner is nice because you can use it as a hair mask to deep condition your hair. The longer you leave it in the softer it makes your hair. Time and time again I will try a cheaper shampoo and conditioner but I always come back to this. I have very senstitive skin and the store brands always irritate my scalp and make my face break out. I have never had that problem with this shampoo and conditioner.

Before this...my hair was FRIED. Since 2007 I've been going back and forth between my naturally blonde hair and different shades of brown (and black). I also blow dry my hair every day and usually flat iron it too. In March I went to get my hair cut and talk about going from dark brown back to my natural color. My stylist said my hair was so damaged that she refused to do anything but cut it until all the colored hair was off. After that I was using the Dumb Blonde conditioner once a week for ten minutes. I wasn't seeing that much of a change so I bought this duo. I've been using both every day for about two weeks and the results are AMAZING. I just went in for a hair cut today and my stylist said my hair didn't look or feel damaged at all. She even suggested waiting 8 weeks to get a trim instead of 5 because my ends weren't split or dried. I will continue using both the shampoo and conditioner and I highly recommend both!

Purchased for my 75 year old mother and my 14 year old daughter, who both HAD fine, thin hair. They used it and said they could feel and see a difference after one was! It has been 6 months since they started using this and their hair has grown and feels thicker. It smells so good!

Smells nice, didn't notice any difference for my blonde hair. The shampoo is smooth coming out but the conditioner I have to take the top off to get it out! Its annoying to say the least. I wouldn't purchase again.

Excellent turnaround time from order placement to delivery. I'd give them 5 stars for fulfilling the order in a timely fashion. The shampoo is very good. Cleans nicely, nice foam, rinses clean and smells great. My knock off of two stars is because of the hair conditioner. It doesn't flow and is more like a thick paste. It's a pain in the neck to get it out of the bottle in the shower. This consistency belongs in a squeeze tube, not a bottle. The cap keeps getting clogged because it is so thick. It does a decent job conditioning the hair without being oily. I won't be buying it again though.

So far it is the best blonde shampoo conditioner set that I have used. It has a faint lovely smell. And the size is large. I am very pleased.

I love it. Use to buy it in the stores, but they no longer sell it. Smells good and makes your hair so soft.

I waited a couple of weeks to calm down before writing this review. You can see in the pictures my hair was long and beautiful and healthy before I used the products that destroyed my hair and then what my hair looked like at the salon to the last picture of my hair after losing all my hair. Here is my traumatic experience just from ordering my bedhead shampoo/conditioner like I always do, except this time was going to change my life forever! I received the shampoo/conditioner set in the mail. I’ve always shopped online and have never had anything like this happen before. I needed to touch up my roots before vacation and needed to wash my hair before doing it and so I purchased shampoo and conditioner like I had before in the past online so I could get my hair done before leaving town and not have to worry about it for a few days and look good for pictures. Well, I received this the night before going out of town and so I stayed up after my husband went to bed just to go ahead and get my hair washed and the color touched up so we could just wake up and leave the next morning. The bottles weren’t sealed but that wasn’t out of the ordinary, we buy them from the stores unsealed so I thought nothing of it and I used the shampoo and the conditioner as usual and while trying to rinse it out my hair and that’s when I started to panic bc my hair was feeling weirder by the second and it was getting hard sticking together and I couldn’t get my fingers through my once gorgeous locks of hair and that’s when my nightmare began. I was in total shock trying to understand what was happening, I realized the products had to of been tampered with! “But why would someone be so cruel to ruin someone’s hair”! is what I was thinking and saying out loud to myself while continuing to try to rinse the stuff out of my hair. My husband woke up to me crying in the bathroom and he took one look at my hair and asked what happened and he also was in shock! What happened to my hair was nothing I had ever seen before. It literally glued my hair together and three big clumps of matted tangled hair on to my head! Someone was cruel and had obviously tampered with it maybe at the warehouse or in the packing or somewhere I dunno but whoever it was put glue or something in the bottles before I received them in the mail and it destroyed my hair! I did not notice anything unusual while washing my hair or conditioning my hair until I went to rinse my hair and I could not run my fingers through it at all! Long story short after spending hours upon hours with two other people trying to assist me on the way down to our destination, everyone was trying to get the glue or whatever it was out of my hair and nothing we did was working, it was not getting any better. My hair was literally glued almost to my scalp and we could not reverse what had happened the damage had already been done to the point of no return. By this time we arrived to our destination and supposed to be enjoying our vacation but I couldn’t even be seen in public looking like I did and I stayed inside tired and still trying to work magic and get the matted up hair to get free of the glue but it was pointless and so I decided to go to sleep with wet gross hair and I laid crying, sobbing for hours trying to get these clumps of hair out of these big matted tangles, pressed hard up against my head that had began to hurt by that time. My husband couldn’t stand to see me so sad and distraught and so he decided to take me to a local salon to try to save my long beautiful curly hair. Everyone in the salon was in shock when they saw the damage that had been done to my hair. The hairdresser tried and tried to save my hair, but she concluded that my hair was not able to be saved at all and there was nothing that she could do and that she has to cut it out….it had to be cut out of my hair! But wait, it was entangling almost all of my hair?!?! She tried to calm me down by telling me I could get extensions in my hair to continue having long hair like I am used to but I was devastated! I sat there sobbing the entire time she tried to save what hair she could. The hairdresser stated that she has taken dreadlocks out of people’s hair and the gross dreadlocks were not as matted up as my hair was from the “glue” put in the shampoo/conditioner ordered online and that she had never seen anything so damaged like it before. She gave me my clumps of hair in a bag to have it tested to see what someone put in the products to destroy my hair if I wanted to do so and I left the salon with my hair in a bag and ended up spending $150 to save what little bit of hair she could…. It was horrible! I was devastated! I sat there sobbing my eyes out uncontrollably like a baby, literally traumatized that I was losing almost all of my hair just from washing my hair with products I trusted to order online! My hair was healthy despite the normal hair products I used daily and color I had put in it before this! I once had beautiful long blonde curly waist long hair to now having hair up to my ears and it’s so short I can’t even pull it up in a ponytail. This has traumatized me for life! Something has to be done to stop people somehow from tampering with products just to be cruel, what happened to me is horrible!!!

Brilliant shampoo & conditioner

I love this shampoo. I’ve had a hard time finding a shampoo for my natural blond hair. I find everything very heavy. This product is not. The repair conditioner I use just on the ends of my hair. It’s yellow in colour which is very different then I’m used to.
