I love this brand! It is a quality brand that works great. Ashwaghanda is great to promote adrenal gland function. It is also an adaptogen iv herb that promotes energy and sleep. No one should be living without this stuff!

Try It, It may just help
If you suffer from Adrenal Insufficiency as I do and have tried everything else on the market - you may want to try this. I've been taking Ashwagandha Supreme for a little over a week and have noticed a difference with regard to fatigue. I'll try and update in a month to see if it's still working. So far, so goo.
