Many of these are really loud when you roll over on them.** A: It isn’t as loud and it’s been a year since I last used it so can’t remember but after a full day of hiking I was fast asleep so it wasn’t making an impact for me if it made loud noise rolling on it. The width of the pad is 24 inches/ 74 inches long. Traditional folding chairs are around 18 inches wide, so you might have a little extra pad on each side. We reccomend blowing up the pad half way.
