The book is written with the aim to illustrate the deliberate lies and obfuscations used in the present version of NCERT history books, purely to advance a nefarious agenda of breaking India, by 1. sowing seeds of fault-lines in an ancient culturally unified nation by alluding to the fake Aryan Invasion Theory, 2. hatred and disgust for a very scientific culture, again by alluding to the fake Aryan Invasion Theory (AIT) and 3. whitewashing the oppression, plunder and forced religious conversions of the real foreign invaders The Aryan Invasion Theory has been debunked based on the following: 1. Irrefutable evidence of river Saraswati, a river that dried around 1500 years before the claimed Aryan Invasion happened. As per the AIT If the Aryans invaded India and then wiped out the locals, then they wrote four vedas that describe a river that disappeared more than a millenium ago? And such enormous vedic texts don't have any mention of the original nation, from which these supposed Aryans invaded from? 2. Genetic evidences that point to the descendance of current people of India from tens of thousands of years ago, whereas the Aryan Invasion happened 3500 years back. The book puts the writing in the NCERT books side by side with the authentic references that the books have either quoted partially to distort the meaning or outright ignored them to spin fake narratives. It is alarming that blatant lies are used in the NCERT books and our kids have to read them as part of their education in India! Please read this book, it is an eye opener.

One of the best reads! Always had my doubts from various sources and even with logical thinking could never nail it because system is designed to condition us with colonialization narrative and propaganda designed to keep majority suppressed, and I could never pinpoint it, thought it was my own creation however Neeraj Atri's thinking is beyond our time and validates our critical theory. Easily one of the better books on India and its history to come out in the last few years. A thorough review of the systematic brainwashing of India's children through its own education system (NCERT) and their various 'authorities' and 'experts'. Westerners used to the typical nonsense being pushed (and encouraged) by both westernized Indian writers as well as western academics and NGOs will probably do their best to downplay this monumental review of the texts being pushed. They'd rather have people outside India and within believe that India *deserved* to be colonized because of its "brutal caste system". They are in for a big surprise if they maintain their objectivity. A must buy and a must read.

A good read. Learned many things that I did not know, well worth making the effort to read this book. Luckily I did not have to unlearn lies as so many will have to.

The Kindle edition of this book is very very bad with pages missing and full of bogus scripts , looks like it is sabotaged, the 2nd chapter the most important has more than 40 missing blank pages. The author needs to seriously approach such dirty work. The book is very capable. But destroyed by publishers

I had heard about this book since long and wanted to read it and today the desire of reading it is fulfilled. It is a book all Hindus must read; it is a book which all patriotic Indians for whom nation comes first must read. It is apparently meticulously and systematically researched and exposes the deliberate flaws and disinformation introduced in not only chronicling of our history, but also teaching history to generation after generation of Hindus and Indians with a well-thought out conspiration with a design for its implications for long time to come to brainwash younger generation of Hindus and nationalist Indians for whom nation always comes first. It well-researched, well-written with important relevant quotes by historians, authors and excerpts from NCERT books, few Sanskrit mantras from our religious texts and other frivolous, flawed and distorted history books that are meant for history teaching in our educational institutes. It is a must-read book for all Hindus who care for their reliion, their young progeny, their next generation Hindus and for the nation since an oft-repeated adage goes, "All those who forget their history (made to forget their true history, in case of our country) are bound to repeat it".

Essential reading

Excellent book. Recommended for all. We were fed wrong information all these years. It completely changed my knowledge of history. Felt more proud of our history.
