Do you think the mouse pads/ arm rests on both sides are sturdy enough?** A: Yes, I think they would be strong enough. However, the first two mobo's that they sent me had broken hinges on the left mouse pad. Just a heads up. **Q: How do you move this out of the way to get out of and into the chair? Does it swivel, detach, etc?** A: The tray just rests on the two armrest mouse trays. You lift the keyboard and tray off of the armrests and set it aside to get out of the chair. The trays also fold back over the armrests to ease sideways exiting. **Q: Can this product hold a laptop? Because I want to use it for that.** A: I would advise against it. It would probably hold a laptop, but the angle of the laptop would not be good. **Q: Does it ruin the arms of the chair it is attached to?** A: It has not ruined mine but the arms in my chair are made of some type of rubber. I don't know how it will be with leather.
