Yay! This is the only thing that works to increase mag for me. If you can't increase mag you may have high inflamation--you can get CRP test. I suggest do not drive or operate machinary when taking this. Do not put this under your tongue---it doesn't work. Either swallow or chew. Immediately drink at least 4 oz of water, 8 oz is better. If not, your brain can feel weird. This stuff stimulates the receptors for the uptake of mag. I do think people should use caution in using this. Mag can lower bl pressure, and that can be dangerous. Also, It has caused my balance to be off before in the night. Also mag can grow back the enamel on your teeth. Remember calcium, zinc and vit D compete for mag. You can get a panel to check your levels via blood draw. I am so thankful for this stuff!

My husband takes these almost every night. It relaxes his legs, especially, and then he can sleep well without sleepig pills. I do the same. Works every time.

Good for what ails ya , gets the job done. I keep a bottle at my bedside as I'm occasionally stricken with painful leg cramps. I reach for these, pop a couple under my tongue ( after slightly slightly chewing to break it up and speed absorption) and in less than a MINUTE the cramps are GONE. Works better than all the other products I've tried which are supposed to do that, and also has an easy straight forward bottle with screw on cap for easy dispensing, excellent value for the price too. I am quite satisfied and will keep coming back...thank you !

I started buying this because I didn't like the fact that Hylands would get a powdery by the time I got to the end of the bottle. This one holds its shape and works just as good. I will continue to buy this product.
