I woke up about an hour ago and washed my face clean. This stuff is incredibly sticky and I had to gently exfoliate it off with a wash cloth. I noticed as the brown goop was washing away that there was what appeared to be a white head in the place of the brown bump. I was ecstatic and gently extracted the gunk. I have Baker's cysts on the back of both knees. The ortho surgeon wanted an MRI even after 3 other docs diagnosed the issue. I didn't need an MRI, I needed these cysts to be drained. He refused to do that without the MRI. As I limped out of his office, I called my acupuncturist, had a great treatment & a recommendation for Prid. It's been 3 weeks, Prid applied once daily, the cyst sacs have softened up & now I'm just waiting for them to drain naturally. Fair warning, Prid smells like tar during application, but seems to abate after it sinks into your skin. If it breaks the cyst sacs, I don't care what it smells like.
