Type 1" Diabetic Alert Tags. Double Sided. All-Metal. (2 Piece Set.)

We ordered these for our 13yo son to put on his 'live-a-betes' bag and school backpack. The hope is that by seeing them there, people won't mess with his bags or swiftly get them back to him when lost. On Amazon it looked like only the gold/brass option was available, which we ordered, but we were delighted to get the silver as thats what he prefers. Hope they hold up, but so far I'm betting they will.

I bought this to put on my dog's collar he is the one that is a diabetic and on insulin. It works grate for what I am going to use it for

My young adult daughter is a type 1 diabetic. She tends not to wear medic alert jewelry because either it doesn't fit, it's not sturdy enough, or she can't find one she likes. I thought these might be a great resource for her to clip onto her keychain and purse. The tags are large enough to be seen, but not huge. I appreciate the fact that they are dual-sided so that no matter which way they lie they are visible. The come with clips that are small yet strong. The one issue is that the tags are on the clips upside down so when they are clipped to an item the tag kicks out at an angle. I forced the tag down to the small end and one of the clips, but it took a little pressure and I was afraid I was going to break the hook on the tag. The good thing is that you can use your own hooks or rings instead of the one provided if you find the hooks difficult to manipulate. In spite of this issue I am pleased with these tags and appreciate that it includes two.

I ordered these Diabetic 1 tags for my son. They are small but will do the trick for alerting those who need the information in an emergency situation. They are reasonably priced and seem to be well made and will last for a while. My son attached them to a chain attached to is wallet, which he keeps in the pants he is wearing for the day. The only complaint is that when he walks they clank. They are attached to a heavy chain so not the products problem. He did not say they were difficult to get on. Overall I would order again. Good value for the price and an added way to keep a family member safe.

This 2-pack of medical alerts for "Type 1 Diabetic" is very nice! I feel like they are good quality little tags and they're attached to a sturdy hook, so I don't worry ever about them falling off. It's been on his bag for at least a month now and looks exactly as it did when I first put it on. The clear coating seals the metal so I don't think it will scratch or rust or anything. My son is only 7, so it makes me feel a lot better knowing when he goes somewhere without me (school, sports, YMCA, etc) that it will be very clear which bag is his and where medical supplies can be found in case of emergency.

Product is fine, but not at all like the picture. Thought it was gold but its silver, and it has a clear enamel coating on it. Wanted gold to match my bag. Generally feels cheaper than what I thought I was getting. Will still do the job though so I can't be too upset.
