I was looking up the benefits of drinking water out of a copper bottle and decided to give this one a go since it seemed authentic and had good reviews, and I am glad I did! If you're on a health and wellness journey, I definitely recommend you get yourself one. When you store water in it for at least 6-8 hours, traces of copper will infuse into the water, which is a good thing! Copper plays many important roles in the body, and I think most people are probably deficient. The water still tastes nice and refreshing in my opinion, and I definitely feel like it's helping me become the best version of myself.
