Bird Flash Tape (2in,360ft), Double Side Reflective Tape, Protect Your House, Garden, Orchard

Pros- This tape works really well at keeping birds. We had birds in our fruit trees all the time. Since I tied the tape to branches in the trees we have no birds at all coming to our trees. One thing, we have not had fruit on the trees while the tape was on the trees. We will have to see what happens when we have fruit. We have had the tape on our trees for 2 or three months. Cons- The tape is very easy to tear and nothing I can do will keep it from occasionally tearing and streaming across the field. I am working on a way to put the tape on a solid piece of material with some type of adhesive so that it stays in place. I am not displeased with it. It is very good. I just hate chasing it down when a piece get torn off with high winds. It does the best job I could expect.

We did bird netting on our berries last year. It worked, but made it a pain to pick berries and it was hard to mow around. So this year I tried rubber snakes, moving them once or twice a day. It only took the catbirds a week to figure out they were fake. Then I tried big, flashy eyes that didn't work at all. Next was this reflective ribbon. I've been using it over 2 weeks, and we haven't seen a single bird in our berry bushes and not a single hole pecked in our tomatoes. The ribbon moves in the slightest breeze and it makes a mild rustling noise that may sound like a rattlesnake to the birds. I move the poles every day or two; I have mine on PVC pipes sitting on steel rods I can easily poke in the ground. My husband and I are extremely happy with this cheap, easy way to keep the birds away.

We had the craziest robin that was continually pecking/flying into our glass windows. He would start as soon as the sun rose and would continue until sunset. Nonstop, just flying back and forth into the windows. Finally decided I needed to get some thing to try and help him from hurting himself. Using this bird scare tape in combination with hanging mirrors nearly immediately solved the issue. The tape was very easy to maneuver and use. I hung up multiple strands of the tape in varying lengths on the windows he was pecking, and that day he stopped the pecking. The only small downside for some users will be that there is no adhesive on this tape. IT DOES NOT STICK BY ITSELF. So you will need to find a way to hang it or use an adhesive to keep hanging. I waited a week to leave this review because I wanted to make sure it actually solved the bird from flying into the windows and it appears that it has!

I love this product so much! Keeps birds away! Easy to cut and tie. Simple and affordable solution that doesn't hurt the birds! Bonus - it looks cool in the garden!

Waste of money . There is zero adhesive. I had to try to tape it up using scotch tape.

The flash tape itself is good, effective, and reasonably strong. And it worked in my vegetable gardens. But, if you try to tie it around a line or pole, it breaks too easy, thus application becomes a challenge and annoying and frustrating process if you have a large garden. If knotted loose to not break, it slides down the wire with the wind. Deer didn't like it, or birds. Even seemed to discourage bunnies for a while. But whenever you try to tie it onto something snugly, it breaks. There needs to be something like lightweight clips or double sided sticky tape/dots included with the tape to secure it in place. I would have given it a 4 or 5 star rating but for the application issue.

House wrens have been nesting on our awning, over our sliding doors, for years. We have tried mesh, pool noodles, and fake hawks. They seemed to find a way around our deterrents to build nest. I love birds but find a home someplace else. Used the tape, not a sticky type of tape. Tied tape to the metal of the awning, several pieces, one to two feet long. It moves with the wind; the birds haven't gone near the awning. No nest! Wish I found this tape years ago. Only negative, if it is really windy tape may tear, but there is so much on roll just retie.

I have a couple of fruit trees the birds thougth I planted for them. I purchased the reflective tape because of the great reviews. You just tear of strips and tie it to the branches. Easy enough. Seems to be working. Squirrels are not aftaid of it, so that's another problem to tackle. The tape is inexpensive so worth giving it a try to see if it scares your birds away.

didnt keep my birds away ... i think i have very stubbron birds ... but it is a good value !!! it worked for about 3 days... good quality and tuff .

Fonctionne vraiment bien

Worked well, but started ripping apart very soon after installation. I started seeing bits scattered in my lawn. 1 month after I installed it, it's ripped apart so badly it's no longer working to deter the birds. So disappointed.

Tape didn't come as peel and stick, but used double sided tape and taped all along edges of pool, reflection kept all birds from landing near pool!

Does not scare small birds
