Two months using it and I’m very satisfied at the moment

Bought this item a while back, only just opened it to find out it doesn't even work. Will be asking for a refund. Not sure if its a technical glitch or the product itself.

I reqlly lose my money in this product , it was delivered to me 14 Nov .. and i use it two times for my body , then at 14 Dec .. it stopped from working again . I need to return it or at least should be there a warranty on this costy product.

I've been using the Braun silk expert pro 5 for 1 and 1/2 years and I couldn't be happier with it. After 6 months of using it, I was free of armpit hair. After 1 year my legs are almost hair free. I have the odd hair here and there but very thin. The bikini line is taking longer as my skin tone is Olive and some areas of the bikini line are very dark and I have a more aggressive French bikini style but I have very very little hair now. In terms of pain at max setting, I barely noticed it in armpits and legs but the bikini line was another thing. At the beginning was quite painful but the fewer follicles you have the less painful it is. When I start, it took me about an hour to do legs, bikini and armpit. Now in 10 minutes is all done as I keep doing the hair free areas once a month. For it to work, you have to be very constant and I would recommend to do a weekly session for as long as you need and then monthly touch ups. You have to take in account that every person skin tone and hair is different. Hence, for some people it will work better than for others. I have bought now a Tria laser for touch ups. So hopefully in a few months I will be hair free.

kann mir ein Leben ohne das IPL-Gerät von Braun nicht mehr vorstellen, verwende es einmal im Jahr für ein paar Wochen und habe den Sommer über meine Ruhe - kein Wachsen und kein endloses Rasieren mehr und VIEL billiger als Termine im Studio!

Awesome machine! Works very well for me so far. 4th treatement and noticed hair are very slow to grow. Easy to use and very safe. Seen some scary stories online...so I wad a bit scared to use it. If you follow the DON'T DO before and after....everything is fine. No pain for me either (put I was using an epilator for many years 🤪). The precision adaptor is very useful for the face and hard to reach places (like knees, ankles, under arms). The cadr is a very nice extra to keep your machine safe. Would defo recommend 👍

Ich hatte mich so gefreut mein Geburtstagsgeschenk zum ersten Mal zu testen. Leider wurde mir das Gerät defekt geliefert. Im Moment warte ich auf die Rückmeldung vom Lieferanten - die kam am nächsten Tag! Die Rückmeldung vom Händler ist nur leider wenig Hilfreich. Ich solle mich an Braun wenden (eventuell wird mein Hauttyp nicht unterstützt oder ich bin zu "blöd" für die Benutzung)! Alternativ könnte ich das Gerät kostenpflichtig zurückschicken! 2× 17€ Porto für ein Produkt was seit dem ersten Moment nicht funktioniert hat. Kundenservice geht wirklich anders!!! Ich kann jedem nur abraten dort zu bestellen!!!!!
