What type of cherry switches are these comparative to? they're listed as cherry mx low profile speed, but how does that compare to brown, red, etc?

Cherry Viola. These are recently engineered keys with “less mechanical” parts. Doesn’t have tactile like Red-keys. Not uniform pressure unlike Red keys. It needs more pressure to bottom out, so it makes less sound, except for few large keys like space.

Is each key fully programmable and can be assigned macros?

Yes! Very good keyboard. I think K60 better than K70

Is there any way to get it with Spanish layout?

Lo único sería pedirlo por Amazon España y te saldría mucho más costoso, además yo no te recomiendo este teclado. Después de 2 meses con el no estoy a gusto con su desempeño, concretamente con la barra espaciadora pues al tocarla se repite su actuación y hace que de más espacios de lo querido. Muy bonito, buena construcción, buena iluminación pero ese pequeño detalle, que en realidad no es tan pequeño, echan todo lo bueno al piso.
