Yes! I can! The white cloth is a diffuser to make the light less harsh if you want that ... it attaches to the box with the velcro strips. Has the effect of reducing shadows on whatever you are photographing. HTH

Hi , is this big enough for sneakers?

Depends on the size of the sneakers. It only measures 16" each way (H/D/W) so small ones would fit
