These bands are tough if you plan on using them for PT. I think for able bodied people these would work well.

after horrific yet successful surgery of complete tear of Achilles Tendon, the physical therapy office had these bands for use to strengthen and help coordination. Purchased these from Amazon for home use. Note: there are different strengths available for purchase, lighter to heavy resistance. These are helpful and can be used to exercise while sitting or laying.

Great bands for resistance training without using dumbbells. If you have any shoulder issues these are less stressful on your joints while still allowing you to build muscle. Only downside is the bands are a little short if you need to do a workout where you need to stand on them. The blue is your best bet for those types of workouts. All in all I love these bands. They are high quality.

Use these every morning for my physical therapy. My 2nd time purchasing them. Last a long time.

Purchased for use during recovery from a total knee replacement after using them during physical therapy. There are many different levels of resistance bands you can purchase and finding the right ones is quite important and this brand or level was just too strong for my needs. However, I was very pleased with the quality of the product, its length and width, but it would be helpful if the product came with an illustrated workout guide. On their Amazon site they do show at least three band exercises, but it would be much more useful if it was provided with this product. Excellent pricing and would still recommend this product for anyone needing a higher resistance band.
