Perfect when you need to make a bigger cake!
My family always request I make tres leches for their birthdays, I had always just used a 13x9 pan. Well I had a new request for one for a gender reveal and then baby shower that was expecting more guests and needed to make a bigger cake. After reading reviews I went with this pan and was not disappointed. The cake baked evenly and pan is very sturdy for the weight of a heavy wet cake! Cake didnt stick to the pan and taste delicious.

Perfect for Texas sheet cake!
Great performer. Light weight, shiny, and well made Perfect for Texas sheet cake. High quality like all Nordic ware. It will last forever if you don’t put it in the dishwasher. However, it needs a lid, so I’m taking a star away because they should offer the lid with it as a set. This is a pan designed for bake-and-take, but how can we “take” it if it doesn’t have a lid? Come on, Nordic ware! PS Let it cool off before you put it on the sink; the old version of this pan that I inherited from my mother was warped from that.

High Ridges in bottom, high quality
Nice high quality big batch brownies, ,for making cookies if you use a silicone pan liner. Would not be good for jelly roll cake as the ridges in bottom are pretty deep/!high. I guess you could line with parchment paper and use it for jelly roll thin sponge cake. It would be good for oven roasting/ baking,vegetables,roasting peppers, chicken . Not sure how well cake will come out of it. I would have preferred a smooth bottom . It is a great size for large batches of oven roasting . I didn't see a smooth bottom version this size?
