No unnecessary additives mean I can manage my SIBO without flare-ups. I don't usually write reviews but I thought this might help people, so here is my honest review. It's true that this protein powder mixes well, helps with energy levels and even aids gut health. However, this powder is by no means unflavoured. It has a really strong cow smell (if you've ever been to a farm with cows you'll know what I mean) which, without meaning to sound nasty, reminds me more of a wet dog smell, which can be off-putting. Therefore, the powder doesn't mix without changing taste - for the love of god, do not mix it in water, especially not hot water! You also cannot make actual broth by dissolving it in boiling water. After trying a few different options, the only way I managed to get through this tub was by making my own chicken broth, THEN adding the powder to my daily cup of actual broth - this actually did mask the strange taste almost completely. Bottom line, it's a good product but if you're expecting a neutral smell and flavour I would not recommend buying this one, especially if you're sensitive to smells and flavour.

I swear by this bone broth, I have a chronic health condition and I’m underweight this makes sure I get enough protein. Taste is ok but price can be expensive sometimes.
