If you are the kind of person who salts every plate put in front of you, you would do well to use this salt as a SUBSTITUTE for common table salt to bring your potassium into balance. But please don't use it as a SUPPLEMENT to do that, because you will be doubling down on your Cl- ion, which is a very powerful and dangerous ion in your body. In my case, it INCREASED my HBP, not lowered it. I have studied many K supplements, and have concluded you just need to eat FOOD that has a high level of potassium. It's what all the medical professionals tell you to do in the first place.
