This item fits well, I have a somewhat skinny calf but it still stays on. I was originally worried that it would slide down but I has not so far. It protects my leg well from engine heat which gets really unbearable even when wearing kevlar layered jeans. My controls are forward on a big v-twin and so my leg crosses over the exhaust pipes and the motor itself. This makes my ride much more comfortable and possible. It is quite thick and high quality, I think this will last a long time.

I was skeptical to say the least, but I have to admit, this is a great product! I have burned my right leg on my Freewheeler so many times with blisters! So decided to look for something other than chaps to wear in summer to protect my calf. Took a chance and ordered this. Well, it worked so well! What a relief, it gets warm if you are close to the heat but not hot and no burns, it just feels warm. Well worth the money.

Received this this morning, and we went on a ride for about 3 hours and my leg didnt get hot until about the last 15 minutes, and I was able to actually enjoy my ride today. I highly recommend this product.

works great at preventing burns and holds tight in place, only wish it was a little longer to go down my leg farther, i have dual over/under pipes on one side so protection from upper pipe is no problem however it doesnt protect much from the lower pipe

I have an air-cooled Yamaha Star Venture Transcontinental, which has a V twin engine, and it gets really hot. There are times when I have felt like my legs were on fire. Wearing shorts is not even an option. I tried these on a very hot day, and I was simply amazed. My legs never got hot. I haven't been stuck in traffic yet, which will be the real test, but I can already tell a huge difference. They stay up on my leg pretty good, and they are comfortable enough that I don't need to take them off when I get to my destination. Due to the design of my bike, I had to order two since you only get one, but this has been a life changer for me. They are a little overpriced in my opinion, but I'm glad I gave them a try.

It works to resolve the burn issue so complaining about the price may seem unfair. Knowing the general pricing of the products that make up the burn jacket and assembly it may cost 1.00 all in. Okay double it because I have been out of the plastics industry for 14 years. Call it $2.00 all I'm with assembly. If it costs more than that call me. And the price point is $29.99?? Holy overpriced!! Look, the product works. After a few trips you don't notice it on. It does not resolve the entire leg issue but it does take care of the high probability spots. Maybe it's because there is a lack of credible competition and this is capitalization of the space. I cannot and will not argue that. I bought it and am using. Did so after a very quick product check and needed a solution fast. This provided the answer. So complaining about the price? Yep, in retrospect it was an impulse decision, works but too expensive for the product.

This is second one I bought. It stops engine heat on my right calf. It works so good, I bought another for the left calf. The Durby cover on my Harley is hot when stopped. Now, both calves are protected. You can wear them all day. You barely know you have them on. Good price. Easy to clean.

I purchased this a while back because the heat from my Street Glide was becoming too much, my calf felt like it was burning on every stop. I ride with skinny jeans usually and when it’s hot out it started leaving my calf bruised like it was about to burn making it very hard to enjoy the ride. Today I tried this for the first time and it has been amazing how great this works … it was almost 100 degrees out and I was able to ride comfortably. Great product, I would definitely recommend!!!

excellent product ...does exactly what it say it can do. Prevents my previously burnt leg and protects it with excellent results. 5 stars definitely recommend.

Teve tres quemadas por andar en short con el escape y vi este producto el cual te da la tranquilidad de no volverlo hacer no te quita ta temperatura del escape pero si disminuye el riesgo , se ajunta muy bien y es comoda yo si la recomiendo

I ride cruisers and as most cruiser riders know its all too easy to burn your calf on the exhaust. My right leg from knee to ankle is covered in skin grafts, in the past i have burnt my leg and it has taken the skin graft months to fully heal, and because I've no nerve feelings in that leg i don't feel the skin burning. I saw this item on a YouTube channel where they were calling it a rediculas thing to buy, well i can say its far from that, i wear it every ride and haven't suffered one single burn since using it. It's a simple but brilliant bit of kit which i can highly recommend.
