But with a grind guard and this thing, I’m sleeping way better and snoring way less. So I need a CPAP machine? Idk. Maybe. But I’m waking up feeling more rested with this little thing, and even my dad commented on my lighter snoring when we were at a work conference this week and sharing a hotel room. My wife also isn’t complaining about having trouble falling back asleep if she wakes up in the middle of the night. Shed pups sleep through my snoring but if I am asleep first she would sometimes sleep in the guest room. Now it’s fine! I wake up with the device still holding my ro tongue in place. Sometimes I create a bit glorious much suction and my tongue tip is a little sore in the morning like I burnt it on something, but that’s user error I believe. I clean it with efferdent daily with my grind guard. It’s stayed clean and not gross that way.
