I dont think it is original, but the quality and fit is the same as original. Fits great.

12x4.25" It fits on the larger chair. I believe that's "c".

Does this work for the Aeron Remastered or just classic?

This lumbar only for the first generation aeron chair, can't fit the remastered, thank you!

Would this fit even though I have posturefit?

You need remove the posturefit firstly, and then can install this lumbar, only can one style lumbar, posturefit or lumbar support pad.
