sky-watcher evostar 100 apo doublet is running about $300.00 dollars less on every other site, why?

A lot of the normal lower cost sites don’t have product set to sell on Amazon do to vary limited availability. Sites selling on here have jacked the prices way up due to demand since covid-19. Some stuff on Amazon venders is up a couple hundred to $1000 more than normal pre-covid and regular outlet prices right now.

is the eyepeice 1.25 or 2 inch for 80mm and for 100mm ?

I use 1.25" eye pieces, on my 80 mm, but I believe it will also take 2" eye pieces. Rolf.

What go- to mount is best for the skywatcher proed 100mm apo refractor?

Okay, I can't say which go-to mount is "best", but I have my ProED 100mm on a Orion Sirius EQ-G mount. It seems to work well, but it's the only go-to mount I've ever used, so I'm not an expert. I've tried astrophotography through the Pro-ED 100 on the Sirius mount--I can take exposures of up to 30 seconds without trailing. I think that's pretty good without an autoguider, through a 900mm focal length scope. The go-to function works well, and puts the desired object in the field of view of a low powered eyepiece.

Does it come with the field flattener as is shown on the photographs ?

There is an optional field flattener available for the EvoStar line, but it does not come with the scope. The Esprit triplet line of scopes comes with an included field flattener.
