What’s the difference between classic and lunchbox version?

The difference is not what CS said. There is no velcro or flap or anything like that. They both zip up and seem exactly the same except for their size. It appears that the Classic is a few inches larger than the lunch box. I have the lunch box and it is about the size of a regular lunch box, and is the perfect size.

Can you put it on an 1-1/2” belt

Can you clarify What you mean by that, if you mean a belt for pants then I would say yes but it does have some weight to it one it has food and is frozen

Can it keep a frozen dinner frozen for a few hours?

When the bag starts to thaw, does it create a wet patch on car seat or whatever you have it placed on? (Ice packs thaw *inside* my lunchbox.)

I've had this bag for quite some time now and I can confirm that it doesn't leave a wet patch on any surface that you leave it on after it thaws.
