Exceptional service, premium product, great value
10 out of 5 stars. The bonus 5 stars comes from their service. I forgot to order an adaptor from stove pipe to chimney pipe and had a short window of time to get it before I had to have it. Someone in CS answered my chats late on a Saturday night, sent me an order form then overnighted the product to me so I had it in time. Product quality of the chimney pipe and all other pieces were 5 stars. Durable construction, beautiful stainless steel, packaged in durable tubes to prevent damage. They included all the parts. Screws, washers, nuts, etc. were all stainless steel too, didn't cheap out on components. Installation was simple - everything fit like a glove. We installed this on a wood burning stove in our permanent canvas wall tent. So an unusual installation, but everything was perfect. Spark arrestor does a great job not letting embers fly onto the tent. I love that there is an alternative to Duravent at a more competitive price, outstanding service, and excellent product quality.

expensive but worth it
Was going to cheap out and run single wall to the ceiling but experts recommend double wall all the way for max burn time stoves. HST had everything (pipe, rain cap, stove connection, not the storm collar) shipped out fairly fast. They did send out the wrong flashing but fixed that quickly. The six polished stainless 4' pipes look fabulous and work great. They lock together but the ring makes the the connection solid. I didnt have time for not working parts on a 35' boom. Had the first fire later and it was glorious. Thanks again HST.

Great packaging
Packed in sturdy tubes that kept it safe during shipping. High quality fits together easily and came with a clamp collar. Iโm super pleased, would buy again and recommend to a friend.

Don't buy!
Chimney pipe came with a dent in it, not from poor packaging, it was put in tube that way. Also came with no clamp! Poor quality control!

Canadian's should never order this
This lemon sucks. I thought that when I paid Amazon that would be the entire cost. Now I got a big bill from FedEx Ground as well for customs and brokerage
