UPDATE: 2 months after purchase - finally tried turning them around, as recommended in video for my type of hearing aid, even though it seemed like a wrong idea to me - it works fine and makes taking them on and off MUCH easier - and they stay on during use. Haven't had the batteries die when I sweat heavily. 5 star performance, 2 star price. ORIGINAL: The small hole was too tight for my ear inserts. Would have to remove the insert cushion and retaining tab - both of which fit by compression - removing them off & on for cleaning would probably loosen them too much. Fixed the issue by trimming off a section of the small end (see picture). Insertion is much more reasonable like that and they stay on fine. I like this option much better than theirs of turning it around. Reduces wind roar (driving with window open at higher speeds) very well. Batteries have not gotten wet from sweat, yet, after a couple moderate sweats. Ordered a second set. Can't give 5 stars to something I had to alter to use. Also a bit pricey for what it is.

This thing does a great job of wicking moisture away. Batteries are lasting twice as long and the inside of my phonak audeo 90 stays dry. That being said the microphone on the narrow end cannot respond normally so there is some muffling of sound. The top microphone works great.

These Ear Gear "socks" for hearing aids are my favorite protection for my aids. They keep sweat, dirt and most water away from the sensitive parts of the aid. Great value, too.

I shave my head so when I sweat it tends to be a ton of water and that normally finds it's way to my hearing aid (normally just 1) and I walk around feeling like someone has their hand over my ear.. This fix that AND the wind noise that you hear when the wind is roaring by or you have the windows down and all you hear is wind... This stopped that wind noise. Only complaint... They tend to slip off more, pop above my ears. But manageable.
