We love it ,,cooks excellent rice no matter if you want sticky (japanese) -has setting for that, or non sticky Asian table rice .It is quick and not at all noisy.Very easy to clean ,not like cheaper messy cookers we had before.The only problem we had was that delivery took a month, no doubt mainly due to UK customs departments tardiness, but then again they did not charge tax.
