They are also very small so I tend to drop and loose them when I'm replacing the ones that have fallen out and been lost I have a technique down where I use a pair of tweezers and a mirror to replace the tip as needed. I'm still using the same base in my nostril peircing.All that being said, once it’s in it exceeds expectations- it’s basically impossible to see that I have my nose perced with this little retainer in.
