A simple male to male adapter or cable solves that problem so after ordering that and waiting a day I connected everything off and it worked like a charm. On a 120-ft run the video was flawless and that was after going out of a y connector to a local monitor. For 34 bucks they could have made it 35 and just included the adapter.
