Sony Complete 8 Speaker System- SSCS3 (2), SSCS5, SSCS8, SACS9, SSCSE

I bought these to use with the Sony STR-DN1080 4k receiver. The sound quality is very pleasing - not harsh, strident or unbalanced. The set works together really well and sound far better than the low price might suggest. Whether watching TV, playing Blu Ray disks or SACDs, these speakers can pack a punch. I won't pretend they sound like speaker systems costing 10 to 20 times more, but for my aging ears and a setup in a small room, I couldn't be happier. The Atmos speakers can be mounted several different ways and the auto speaker setup on the receiver made it a cinch.

It sounds just fine with almost no adjustments, the speakers are very compatible.

Good sound for the money. Used as a base in a home theater with additional speakers. Easy set up, they look great and sound good. Well rounded and tight through the full range. Sub is slightly underpowered for my setup but for what it is it's flawless.

These speakers can’t be beat at this price point. Amazing introduction surround sound speakers. They sound fantastic. Very very happy with the purchase. Love the Surround sound with the Atmos. The house shakes! Movie nights are a whole lot better now. Do yourself a favor and buy these. You won’t be disappointed.

I just received the system yesterday and it was missing one of the SS-CS3

the seller not response due to speaker issues, especially the base speaker not working properly. The sound clarity is bad.

One doesn’t think of Sony when thinking of speakers but this “collection” was a great investment. I am a little fussy when it comes to sound quality and these Sony speakers go beyond what I expected. Thank you Sony and thank you Amazon.
