Took a little finessing with some sand paper but done the job with little effort. Sealed the join with gorrila tape. 4" end accommodate with a little effort as Flexi pipe was a little tight fitting over the end but slowly stretched to form a comfortable seal. Again finished off with gorrila tape. It's a solid moulding very rigid construction and as it fitted without compromise I'd say it was great value. So with its very short insertion bit we had to go to a lot of effort to 3D print an extension piece to make this work, which was a shame.
