The cold packs you buy at pharmacies can do the trick but this is the real thing. After doing her exercises this pack can be spread out from the the calf over the knee up onto the thigh or wrapped right around the joint. It has a heavy duty rubberized exterior and it stays colder a lot longer than the pharmacy packs you can buy.
