This product should not be used in baking bread with yeast in it. This active ingredient in this product with inhibit yeast activity as it is a fungus and prevent your bread from rising.

Q: Can I use to prevent mold in Indian peppers/Chilli pickle?

This particular product is used for candy, desserts and pastries. Not sure this product is the best for pickling.
