I purchased this Peacock flask on 16th July and sent it to my father in my home country to use. Unfortunately, he is completely unsatisfied. The flask fails to keep water hot for more than 2 hours, which is far below what is advertised. Considering the brand reputation, this performance is extremely disappointing. Based on our experience and other customer reviews, this product appears to be a duplicate or counterfeit, not a genuine Peacock flask. I request a full refund for this product, as it does not meet the advertised standards or expectations. I cannot recommend this flask to anyone looking for a reliable vacuum flask.
