Good quality
Using this to get audio out of a type C usb hub. Works well with PC and Android ( works with Samsung, OnePlus and not with Pixel which does not support this feature)

OMG... it works so well I am so glad I found this and it is good for the price of ONLY 35 DHS (where I live) I totally recommend this to everyone who is looking for a cheap and good quality USB Audio Adapter

Quality of the mic improved but background buzz
Work fine, just bought it for my headphones to be connected to the ps4, just a light buzz on the background when I speak but It definitely improved the quality of my voice

Does the job, but no good for non-powered mics.
It draws zero internal power from the USB, so there's no added gain. Apple Macs for example need this or a powered mic. If you have a powered mic for a computer, it will probably already have a USB connection, so this isn't massively useful. Still, might work for some people.

Quality product
I wanted to extract stereo audio from my laptop via its USB port and feed it to my stereo amplifier's 3.5 mm Auxiliary input and connect amplifier's speaker outputs to my 2.1 speaker setup. I tried few other products for this purpose but, unfortunately, none of them gave the result I wanted. Subsequently, I had to return those products and try this simple UGreen external soundcard/adaptor. I was not sure it would work for me but, to my surprise, it did work! To my ears, the sound quality is excellent and I use my laptop to watch movies stored in it - picture via laptop's HDMI output to HDTV and sound via the Ugreen sound adaptor as outlined above. I recommend this product to buyers with external soundcard/adaptor requirement.

THE MICROPHONE SIDE IS NOT WORKING
I have bought a lot of UGREEN products and they are usually very reliable. I bought this as an additional accessory for livestreaming. The mistake I made was not to test before I left dubai where I bought. The microphone side/input is not working. I did all troubleshooting and could see that it was "touching" kind of - never worked. The speaker side worked but the output is not as sharp as the normal laptop output. Guess I am stuck with this unit as I am not due back for dubai until Another 3 months. Bottom line - Test immediately on arrival. Thanks.

This sound card is amazing specially if you have an old machine, i used to use the 3.5 jack from built-in sound card on my pc but after using this adapter the quality of the sound has changed dramatically, the driver software is built-in you don't need to do anything just plug-n-play. Wont write about the quality because UGREEN is always the best in class.

I was having issues with feedback and buzz on my brand new Microsoft laptop. Getting a cheap USB DAC solved all of it, so thanks Microsoft.. As an added bonus, also works on my Android phone with a USB-C adapter, and has better quality than the thin dongle it came with (+ separate input and output plugs!)
