Many customers have great experience by using it as positive and negative busbar. **Q: Will this work with 48volts and 250amps.** A: Amp capacity of a busbar is dependent on cross sectional area and temperatures. There’s tables published which you should research. My guess is 48v x250a is equivalent to 1000a x 12v. That’s a lot of amps. I’d also check ABYC rules on this. **Q: What amp rating are the individual terminal connections? Do they have a limit or is it fine as long as the ampacity of the overall bar is not exceeded** A: Thank you for your helpful question. Basically,at room temperature of Celsius 25 degrees,this copper bar kit can load 955 amp for AC current. Under different environment temperature,the limit ampacity is slightly different. For each individual terminal,there is no special limit,as the stainless steel bolts just function as fasteners.when installing cable lugs to copper bar, cable lugs need to contact copper bar directly and closely for better current transmission,not recommend to install on the middle of bolts. **Q: Where do I find those 2 hole ground lugs that are used when grounding to the ground block?** A: hi dear. usually one hole cable lug works with the terminal block.
