Return policy not good, they said 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs and it was unopened so I decided to keep it and give it a try. Did not cool very well, especially when hot and humid.

It's just what I expected. I saw one of these units at a food show and I knew it would be perfect for my food stand. No window ventilation required, which allows you to move the unit from room to room. It cools the are enough to make it comfortable. Easy set up.
