The taste is a 10/10. Take it from someone who hated the taste of BCAAs. Omg, I used to not be able to stomach how bad they tasted until I stumbled on this brand and flavor. It’s a must with my pre-workout!! I promise you will love the flavor. I love the value you get for your buck. It is highly effective for post work to prevent pain and soreness. Lastly, it mixes great!! The size of the container is a plus!! It has a salty taste to it similar to liquid IV. I mix my prework with it and it tastes great! If you are a person like me who doesn’t like the taste of prework out no matter the brand or flavor mix it with this product and I promise you will love it! It also really helps with soreness especially if you’re a beginner or getting back into gym after a break. Taste and performance is top tier!
