These work great for getting rid of puffy eyes or a headache. The fit is good (you can kind of adjust the fit by moving the strap up and down when you have the eye mask on), no bad smell, and no bead spillage (when I was shopping for eye masks, people talk about bead spillage; luckily there's none for me with these after ~3 months usage) Overall good, I like it.

UPDATE 2: After 2 months of use, the plastic is warped and distended, and the beads exploded and are now ultra-moosh. Tbf, this is from heating in the microwave, daily. Freezing had zero negative effect. But the microwave heats it in an unbalanced manner so while 15 seconds works one time, another time one eye blows up and the other side is cold. UPDATE one month after purchase: I removed a star bc after a month of use the beads have broken down and turned to moosh. Still usable but quality is mediocre. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These were as expected. They are a decent size. You don't need to worry about coverage. They are comfortable as well. I have not yet used them. They are for upcoming surgery. But from trying them on, I can say that the fit nicely and the soft side feels very nice!

They are exactly as described, but the problem is that they don't conform to your face after being frozen. They just sit on your facial bones and don’t actually reach the skin under the eyes where they’re needed, unless you press them down and hold them in place. You’d be better off getting those squishy gel pads that are more pliable and can mold around your bone structure for a better cooling effect.
