Is this model double walled?

it's single walled, but we have 128oz double-walled keg on our store.

I seem to have lost the cap to my mini keg, which made it possible to transport it without tapping it. Do you sell replacement parts like the cap?

Why do you have to "tap" it? You dont need to put Co2 on it, it just becomes a lid with attachment fittings.

Can I use it for a cold brew coffee?

This mini keg system can not used for brew coffee

Where can I buy extra gaskets and the little white pieces?

Local beer/wine brew store near you or just search the gasket size on Amazon. Just make sure they are food grade.
