No, don't do that. You cannot fully tighten this. You must stop halfway through or 3/4 through. And (especially if you have the mighty) do not leave your device holding himself with this adapter. I saved my Mighty last second, please don't do my mistake. This adapter works but you must hold your device it all the time.

Works as expected

Works as you'd expect, nice fit but be careful and stick to the one quarter turn until you feel it is secure and there is no gap for airflow leak or else risk breaking your crafty/mighty.

Broke after few uses

The plastic body melted, cannot secure the glass piece to the vaporiser. Should use better heat resistant materials, will not be buying this again

Fits and Works with Mighty

yep that works, real nice to be honest. Might do a study of airflow through the attachment and the standard mouthpiece, and that glass one i got too; see which has got the best flow characteristics ...bubble bubble bubble... ye i might do that...

For the time when I bought it it was useful and really good I don't use it as much now as I have another adapter to go on top of the mighty Plus but it's still there for use and I do recommend this for the basic fitting recommended

Needs improving

I bought this to use with my Mighty Medic a few months ago. It doesn't fit properly at all. The mouthpiece slots on, but when I took a toke it completely detached from the MM unit. The fit of the plastic is totally off. The quality isn't great. I've had to use rubber bands, a silicone gasket, and padded sealant tape around the bottom of the plastic mouthpiece so it slots snuggly in the unit and doesn't fall out! This is a design flaw and an expensive hazard for a fragile glass mouthpiece. The fit of the plastic mouthpiece is so poor you can't get an airtight toke without making DIY adjustments to seal the fit. The glass mouthpiece wobbles in the plastic housing, but with DIY measures I'm confident it won't fall out. Fast forward to today and I've got a Mighty Medic+ Plus. The fit is worse! It doesn't have a tight seal around the thing to get a proper toke. It's not a snug, or safe fit for a smooth smoke. I'm not doing DIY adjustments with a brand new Mighty Medic Plus. Excellent concept, the production quality, materials and fit need to be improved.

Terrible item - dangerous to use

Bought for my mighty+ for medical usage. Other reviewers are correct - plastic is flimsy, quickly wears away, and is clearly not rated for the operating temperature it is intended for. The plastic deforms easily under heat, and off-gasses if positioned too closely to the chamber. Do not use. Do not purchase unless for ornamental purposes.
