I made the assumption that these cups would be like my YETI and other stainless steel water bottles and would keep the beverages either cold or hot. They do not! For me this was half the reason I purchased them because my daughter wants her water to stay cold...so disappointed in that regard but all other features are nice. The lids fit very tight. The kids would drop them and they wouldn’t leak a drop. I liked that they were stainless steel instead of plastic. But when I received my order, I was VERY disappointed. After hand washing them, I went to put on the silicone sleeves. One tore in half immediately even before I had it on the cup. Then the lids fit very loosely. Every time they are dropped, they pop off and spill everywhere. I wish I knew why my daughters are so great and mine are total duds.
