Also, there is a noticeable buzz when starting up. I was not expecting that from this when I have had no complaints using a headset that is half the price. plus, why are we still using a micro usb? change to the USB-C.

Overall, kinda disappointed on phone quality, for a business oriented headset, I have allot of people complaining about muted volume and background noise. Also, there is a noticeable buzz when starting up. I was not expecting that from this when I have had no complaints using a headset that is half the price. plus, why are we still using a micro usb? change to the USB-C.
