You’ll need a milligram scale, they’re around $20. It’s a lot cheaper to buy powders and make your own capsules or just consume the powder.

how much herb does one serving of this extract equate to?

I do not work for ND, just a fan and customer trying to help. This is a hard question to answer because unlike other companies which do extractions in quantities such as 10:1 (10 refers to the amount of raw material used to produce 1 part of extract), which are pretty useless measurements. This supplement is standardized to certain percentages of compounds within the herb cistanche. I would go to see that one serving of this equates to around 2gs of raw herb.
