For me, yes. If you are going to treat your neck, try all the different modes on the lowest strength over a few days with breaks in between until you find out which one works best for you. Different days may call for different modes. I would also recommend having an ice pack to help with the discomfort, but that is up to you.

I charged overnight, and plugged in all channels- but unit will not come in.

You have to plug in first... 0 circuit means 0 current no matter how you try to turn it up.
