Chicago Bullet Men's Speed Roller Skate - Black

Finally got to use these. I guess you get what you pay for.Now I would call myself a beginner to intermediate indoor skater. I used these exactly 1 time before they fell apart...literally (see picture). I had finally gotten everything cleaned up and lubricated and took these skates to the rink for the first time today. I made it about 2 hours of very mild to moderate skating; no crazy turning, jumping, or tricks at all, just around in a circle. I was coming out of a turn when the wheel just fell off. On closer inspection I found that the one of the external bearings of my outside foot simply was destroyed, and the wheel had ripped over the external nut holding it in place! Frankly I'm lucky not to have broken my ankle. Not happy about this purchase. It lasted maybe 2 hours of pretty mild skating. Now I have to shop for bearings to replace these and maybe even a new plate if it as bent it seems, because I'm outside of the return window. Be careful of this purchase. Pay a little more for better quality.

These are OK for the price. The boot is comfortable. I didn't feel any blisters or pressure while skating. The bad news is that the toe stops are absolutely useless plastic placeholders. You will have to replace them. The wheels are flimsy and cheap. I took these skates to the rink but ended up getting a pair of rental skates anyway. It was disappointing. I guess I should have known better. With all the money you would spend upgrading these, you might be better off spending a little more money to get a mid pair mid priced skates.

I'm a size 9 in womens, I purchased both sizes 7 and 9 (mens)... the size 7 fit tight with socks, I would recommend footies. After I skated, I broke them in, after breaking in the size 7 with footies the fitted perfectly. The size 8 I had more room, felt slightly big, but if you have wide feet like myself I would recommend the size 8 with a sock. The wheels are great! If you want to buy new wheels I suggest skate with the included wheels first. The stoppers are terrible at first but do some breaking in purposeful lightly(stopping) I recommend new stoppers or you could possibly be hurt (falling face first before stopping!) Otherwise it would have deserved a 5 stars!

My nephew plays roller hockey at our local rink. He has been playing for the last three years since he was 8 years old. He is very good and very skilled, and needs a pair of excellent skates to accompany his skill. These skates originally were bought as a cheap pair for him to practice in. ((I say cheap because certain brands, features, etc have some skates upwards of $200+)) After a few uses we realized these were not going to work for that and would become regular skate - skates. For the average skater, these are wonderful. The design is great, the materials are nice, the fit was good and normal for him, the bearings are strong, and the wheels weren’t bad for the price. The biggest negative would be the “rubber” toe stops. They are too hard to be effective but more importantly, the placement is useless. He was able to use them for a little bit before the angle that was worn onto them become completely ineffective. No, it wasn’t a weird angle or anything user related - skate stops wear down from normal use, that is their purpose. In the end - poor design led to this issue. Outside of that, again - for a REGULAR skater skate night, these are a good skate. Anything more, I would not recommend.

I bs you not I was skating for the first time down the river trail which is entirely FLAT, all of a sudden I’m going face first into the ground. The bolt on the front truck snapped in half. Now I am messed up and have to walk 3 miles back to my car in socks. I am currently in my way back to my car and will be calling amazon for my money back after I post this.

My 9yo son and his friends got into skating this summer. It was a perfect activity to do on a rainy day or in the blistering heat because the skating rink has AC. After several trips he came home asking to purchase a pair of skates so he wouldn't have to rent them at the rink. when I started pricing speed skates my jaw dropped -- there was no way I was buying my nine-year-old a pair of $300 speed skates especially since it's not something he does all the time and that his foot is growing like a weed and needs new shoes every three months so I went to my trusty Amazon site and started reading reviews for the best skates that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg and came across these – we finally agreed and order him a size 5 even though he is currently wearing a size 4 in shoes - I wanted to get them a little bit big so he could grow into them. We got the skate superfast and took him skating that night he said the skates were perfect they are a little big on his feet now but I'm fine with that so he can grow into them

These are so great! I wear a 7 1/2-8 in women and the size 7 skates fit perfectly! Much better quality than i expected! I haven't put on a pair of skates in 10 years and i got on these in 5 minutes I was skating backwards again. They are very sturdy. Im about 5'8 150 lbs Ive had them about a month now and all is well with them. I didnt have the issue others had with them being too tight and loosening the bolts. Mine were fine out of the box. I used to skate at least 4 times a week and im so happy i found these and im able to do it again. I am buying a pair for my best friend so she can skate with me, she loves them too!

Garbage wheels. Also, be sure to tighten the trucks down. If you allow the trucks to flex, the wheels dig into the skate and wears out the sole of the skates.

Muy buena calidad pero no son para uso en superficies de concreto cepillado o de asfalto debido a que las llantas son muy duras. Golpear con las ruedas pequeños objetos como rocas, ramas o incluso polvo te hará tropezar. El freno es muy duro y realmente no funciona. El mejor lugar para usarlos es en pista de madera o de concreto pulido.Actualización 31ENE2019: Remplacé las llantas por unas marca BLAZER dureza 82A y ahora puedo patinar sobre asfalto y concreto cepillado.

El producto cumple con su función, buenos materiales. Solo el detalle es que la caja llego muy maltratada y el patín izquierdo con un pequeño rayón en la punta de enfrente. Soy talla 3.5 MX encargue los 6 y me quedaron perfecto.

En cuanto a costo-beneficio fue una súper compra. Nos habían gustado otros modelos pero la variedad de tallas está muy limitada.

Las llantas si son un poquito duras, son media velocidad, pero por el precio me parecen excelentes, estoy complacido y muy feliz con ellos

Cumplió con todo lo descrito por el vendedor, la talla es perfecta y la comodidad y calidad del producto es excelente.Los utilice de inmediato y realmente son muy sencillos de usar y las ruedas se sienten super seguras y funcionan sobre todo terreno, incluso en el pavimento .Los recomiendo ampliamente.

Patines de buena calidad básica, perfectos para principiantes. Llegaron a tiempo y muy bien empacados.PARA MUJERES, ELEGIR UN TAMAÑO MAS CHICO. Me correspondía un tamaño EE.UU 8, pero les compre en 7 y me quedan perfecto.

Los patines se ven consistentes y fuertes, de buen diseño aunke si podrían mejorar en comodidad ya ke son un poco duros, pero por el precio si valen la pena.
